you learn new things everyday
today, i learnt that if you don't floss, you will get receding gums
and so your tooth will get further and further apart from its neighbouring tooth
and then it'll be lonely
and as a piscean i am fully aware that loneliness is horribly scary
so floss because your teeth are the ones that help you crack nuts, defend yourself in times of crisis and deal with all the stuff you stuff into your mouth!

yes i don't floss
i think the only person i know who does is my mum
or maybe i'm just not well informed of my friends' dental rituals
but starting from tonight...
i will floss!

and apparently, the dentist said that my bleeding gum was nothing much
(it's not as grisly as it sounds, just some swelling)
and it's not infectious
so hallelujah i can go back to sharing saliva and koping food!
and so denise, who experienced swelling on her left gum right after we shared food
(mine was on the right)
it was purely coincidental
wow how amazing right!
yay i don't have infectious gums!

oh yah, the now mature and totally grown up 18 year old me
WANTS TO SAY THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY WHO CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY WITH ME!
and thank you to those who wanted to but couldn't celebrate my bdae
and thank you to those who kind of forgot but was happy for me nonetheless
