the grand dame of kallang has bid us goodbye
and now the Singapore Badminton Hall will soon be naught!

stuffy, dark and old; horrible green tiled toilets, dirty, age-worn wooden floorboards
this is the singapore badminton hall that i remember
a while back it underwent a makeover, a garish one
it is now swathed in bold shades of.. (i can't quite remember because i tend to look away)

but i remember the memories i've made there with much fondness
it was where i first learnt to hold my racquet
it was where i spent my saturdays training (until i went to rgs)
it was where i truly had fun with the game (no competition no stress but still got multiple shuttles : ( )


i'll miss you!
